The purpose of the Tracks 3D presentation module is to assist you to conceptualise your design for your client. As a professional in the building industry, you probably are used to viewing 2D plans with an understanding of how the final construction will look. This is not the case for most of your clients. Often they will only build one or two homes in their life. The concept of a three-dimensional functional home is quite difficult for them to extract from a plan drawing. The tools in this module allow your design to come alive and helps your client to understand just how their home will look and "feel" when completed. With the 3D presentation module you will be able to construct a live model of the building. You then can move in and around the house, changing color schemes and lighting. Your client will be able to explore their new home and confidently make those crucial design decisions before any work has commenced. Features:
