While most functions in Tracks have an automated sequence with manual override, some customisation features need special mention:

Create windows and doors on the fly
Tracks has extensive libraries of windows and doors, however sometimes it it necessary to produce a new design as you work. ‘Windows Designer’ and ‘Door Designer’ are pop-up design centers that will allow you to create that component you need by answering a few simple questions. You won’t need to leave your drawing and the new component is ready to use immediately.

Design your own wall construction
Most CAD packages draw lines to form walls. Tracks builds walls from construction materials you specify. The information you provide in the ‘Wall Designer’ center is utilised in connecting walls together and when windows and doors are added. The type of wall is recorded in both the construction and the quantities produced.

Choose your own method for quantity takeoff
Each builder has their own methods of construction and calculating quantities - two builders in the same street may have completely different methods of take-off.Tracks recognises this and provides a selection of take-off structures so you can chose your own method for calculating your quantities.
